Remember when ASOS held a huge sample sale last summer? Well, it’s and better than ever! It’s no secret that ASOS holds a killer sale. In fact, right now you can get up to 80% off over 50,000 items in their outlet! But if that wasn’t enough, ASOS also hold sample sales over on their official sample sale website from time to time. ASOS just announced their latest sample sale event, and this time around, everything is under £10. There’s a huge amount of pieces to choose from for both men and women from brands like Topshop, Miss Selfridge, Amy Lynn, NA-KD, Puma and so many more, so it’s definitely worth checking out.
In July last year, ASOS first launched the huge discount event to clear some unsold stock quickly, which drew up questions over their ethics and sustainability. As we know already, fast fashion isn’t exactly the most sustainable industry to say the least. Holding a sample sale where everything is £5 is on par with Prettylittlething selling items for 4p on Black Friday way back in 2021. However the brand told GLAMOUR: “This is part of our plan to right-size our stock portfolio… and gives us another route to clear stock in an effective and efficient way.”
The sample sales see items discounted by as much as 90%, which isn’t too much more than their regular sales either. When is the next ASOS sample sale and how long will it last?
ASOS is holding an online sample sale RIGHT NOW and everything is under £10. The sale is on for a limited time only, from 19th – 22nd April 2024, so you don’t have long to shop. You can filter what’s still available as well as by size to make sure you’re only looking at what you can actually buy.
The ASOS sample sale isn’t listed on ASOS’ actual website. You’ll need to visit asossamplesale.com to shop.
To find out when the sample sales are, you can subscribe and you’ll receive an email when there’s news of another sample sale. The brand first launched their sample sale in July 2023, dropped more items in August and released a final drop in September. They seem to happen every few months, so it’s worth signing up to make sure you don’t miss out.
Can you return items from the ASOS sample sale?
Absolutely, but your order needs to be returned in the condition you received it in. You have 14 days within the item being delivered to you to create a return online, and then a further 14 days to return your item to ASOS. You’ll then be refunded to your original payment method, but there is a £2 return charge that will be deducted.
Is the ASOS sample sale legit?
Absolutely! The ASOS sample sale is totally legit and isn’t too dissimilar to shopping on the regular website.
